The service, particularly from Sherry, was exceptionally helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. The location, while a bit far from Fuji five lakes, was convenient with easy access to the cable car station and a nice Onsen facility. The dining experience was good offering various Japanese dishes, including local fish.

The service was exceptional, especially from the Chinese-speaking staff members, although they could improve by clearing dishes promptly.
